KPK ADHESIVE
Composition:
3 layers laminate (special paper, polyester film, special paper) coated with a high
tack modified acrylic adhesive on one side.
Applications:
High temperature adhesive labels for identification and marking in the metal processing industry.
Properties:
High thermal resistance (Up to 300º during short periods of time.).
High mechanical and tear resistance.
Very good adhesion onto metal irregular surfaces.
Excellent printability.
Delivery form:
Rolls: Maximum width of 910 mm.
Length of 500 to 1.000 L.M.
Minimum width of 10 mm.
Labels: Dimensions as per customer requirement.
White colour or pre-printed up to 4 colours.
Number of labels per roll as per customer requirement.
Storage conditions:
Please Keep in a cool dry place. 20 – 25º and 50% humidity. Avoid UV light during
storage. Shelf life: 1 Year.

Printing Properties and recommendation:
- Thermal transfer.
- Ribbon: High quality wax.
- Printer head temperature: Medium high.
- Printing speed: Medium – Low. (2on – 3th)
- Also printable by flexography and laser system.
- We recommend to clean the adhesive residues if the printer head regularly.
