When is this the right material?
You need to know whether anyone has touched a package, seal or product since it left the factory — and for that evidence to be visible and irreversible
The label has to stay firmly in place and not give way: a guarantee that the seal withstands the product's whole service life without coming away on its own
The application is warranty seals for consumer electronics, industrial equipment, pharmaceutical packaging, or any product where packaging integrity is critical
The application does not involve direct contact with food or drink, and the service environment is between -5 and +40 °C

Why peel not being determinable is a security feature
Brittle PVC that evidences any attempt at tampering
Ref. 150 (code 157010) has a single function: to leave immediate proof that a label has been touched. The semi-matt white PVC is deliberately brittle. When someone tries to peel it off, the material breaks into pieces — there is no way to reposition it or disguise the tampering.
In standard peel tests (180°, FTM 1 and FTM 9 methods) the value is not determinable: the PVC face material breaks before the adhesive gives way. That is not a measurement flaw — it is confirmation that the material works exactly as it should. The SZ adhesive's cohesion, on the other hand, is excellent: more than 80 hours of static shear on stainless steel (FTM 8).
Storage shelf life is 24 months in original packaging, at 20-25 °C and 40-50% relative humidity. Service range between -5 and +40 °C. This material is not suitable for food contact under any circumstances.
