Consent
Technical or strictly necessary cookies may be used so that the site functions correctly. Non-necessary analytics or third-party cookies must be managed through a valid information and consent mechanism.
Key points
Cookies are small files or similar technologies that are stored on, or retrieved from, a user's device when accessing a website. They can serve technical, personalisation, analytics, security or third-party service integration purposes.
In this policy, the term cookies also covers equivalent technologies used to store or access information on the user's terminal equipment, always within the applicable legal framework.
Cookies can be classified in various ways. Among the most common:
Whether consent is required depends on the type of cookie and on whether it is strictly necessary to provide a service expressly requested by the user.
The use of cookies and similar technologies is governed mainly by article 22.2 of Ley 34/2002 (the Spanish law on information society services, LSSI), by European privacy law on electronic communications and, where personal data is processed, by the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (the Spanish Organic Law on Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee, LOPDGDD).
Non-necessary cookies may only be activated where a valid basis exists for doing so, normally the user's informed consent.
Where the site uses non-technical or non-necessary cookies, it must offer a clear information and preference-management system that lets the user accept, reject or configure each category simply and before it is activated.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time through the configuration panel accessible from the footer, without prejudice to the need to delete or deactivate cookies already installed in line with the settings available.
In addition to the options offered by the website itself, users can allow, block or delete cookies from their browser settings. Please note that disabling certain technical cookies may affect the correct functioning of the site or some of its features.
The exact management options depend on the browser, the device and the preferences configured by the user.
Lit-Off Desarrollo uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to measure usage — both load only after consent to analytics cookies — and a contact form managed through Netlify. Google reCAPTCHA is not currently used: the form is protected by technical measures that do not require cookies.
In addition, the postal address in the footer links, via an external link, to Google Maps. That link, on its own, is not the same as embedding a map within the page. Therefore, unless an embedded map is loaded within the site itself, this policy treats Google Maps as an external destination that users reach voluntarily by clicking.
If maps, videos, chat or any other third-party resource are embedded within the page itself at a later date, this policy will need to be expanded to reflect their cookies, purposes and legal basis.
Inventory of the technologies used by this website. The table is reviewed periodically; analytics cookies are only installed after user consent through the cookie banner.
| Service | Cookies / terminal data | Purpose | Category | Recommended activation |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 | _ga and _ga_<container-id>. | Measures visits, users and sessions. | Analytics | Only after express consent. |
| Microsoft Clarity | _clck and _clsk; depending on configuration, MUID, ANONCHK or others from Microsoft domains may also be involved. | Heatmaps and anonymous usage analysis to improve the website. | Analytics | Only after express consent. |
| Google reCAPTCHA | _GRECAPTCHA when the service runs; in addition, if the google.com domain is used, Google notes that other cookies may also be involved. | Spam prevention and risk analysis on forms. | Security / third party | Not currently active; if activated, this policy will be updated accordingly. |
| Netlify form | Processing takes place server-side; submitting the form does not install any additional cookies. | Receiving and managing the contact form. | Technical / service operation | No additional consent required: technical cookies. |
| Google Maps link | Not treated as an embedded map while only an outbound link exists. | Lets the user open the location in Google Maps. | External link | No additional entry on this page unless the map is embedded. |
If advertising features, remarketing, Google signals, embedded maps or third-party videos are activated in the future, this table and the consent mechanism will need to be expanded.
Lit-Off Desarrollo may amend this policy to reflect regulatory changes, guidance from authorities, new technologies, changes of provider or the evolution of the website itself.
Users are advised to review this page periodically and to also consult the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy.
This matrix summarises the general regulatory treatment of the most common categories. Actual activation will depend on the site's final configuration.
