Where the site uses non-technical or non-necessary cookies, it must offer a clear information and preference-management system that lets the user accept, reject or configure each category simply and before it is activated.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time through the configuration panel accessible from the footer, without prejudice to the need to delete or deactivate cookies already installed in line with the settings available.

Lit-Off Desarrollo uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to measure usage — both load only after consent to analytics cookies — and a contact form managed through Netlify. Google reCAPTCHA is not currently used: the form is protected by technical measures that do not require cookies.

In addition, the postal address in the footer links, via an external link, to Google Maps. That link, on its own, is not the same as embedding a map within the page. Therefore, unless an embedded map is loaded within the site itself, this policy treats Google Maps as an external destination that users reach voluntarily by clicking.

If maps, videos, chat or any other third-party resource are embedded within the page itself at a later date, this policy will need to be expanded to reflect their cookies, purposes and legal basis.

Inventory of the technologies used by this website. The table is reviewed periodically; analytics cookies are only installed after user consent through the cookie banner.

If advertising features, remarketing, Google signals, embedded maps or third-party videos are activated in the future, this table and the consent mechanism will need to be expanded.

Lit-Off Desarrollo may amend this policy to reflect regulatory changes, guidance from authorities, new technologies, changes of provider or the evolution of the website itself.
