  • Designed to lock out different types of ball valve: it clamps firmly onto the handle stop and prevents it from moving.
  • The device encloses the valve stem, with the handle removed, making accidental reactivation practically impossible.
  • Accepts 1 padlock with a shackle up to 8 mm in diameter.
  • Can be combined with lockout hasps for group lockouts.
